History
The Dundee Social and Recreation Club was formed by a group of people visiting or living in the newly developing area of Dundee Beach. In March 1995 it became an Incorporated Association.
The club's initial fund raising began with membership fees, club BBQs held once a month at private homes or at public beaches, and our fishing competitions held from the Lodge of Dundee.
Membership
Dundee Beach Social and Recreation Club is a family club that welcomes new members and friends. Membership for the club is currently $20 per adult and $2 for juniors 16 years and under. The club pays an annual fee of $5 per member to the Amateur Fisherman's Association Northern Territory (AFANT) which makes the Club an affiliated member.
Social Activities
The Dundee Beach Social and Recreation Club provides an important opportunity for community members to come together, meet, network and socialize. If you like having a great time and meeting locals and visitors alike, then why not come along to one of the monthly function theme nights.
